Sauna

Saunas have become a common use for those that want to keep healthy and fit while enjoying the procedure and/or socializing at the same time; many get together with friends to go for a sauna session or make friends with those they meet in one. There are many types of saunas such as: steam, smoke, infrared and barrel saunas. Most people get confused when they come across the description 'barrel sauna' as they are not sure what they do and how they work; well, let us find out together. Barrel saunas are not a type of saunas but a shape of the actual sauna that you get in to receive the benefits of one. A Barrel sauna looks like a giant barrel that is built slept on its side and can accommodate up to eight people at once or more if you have it custom made for your needs.
